Took my daughter's dress in to be pressed only. The young lady Lindsey was very courteous and professional. A little after two o'clock I received both text and email that my order was ready for pick-up sooner than expected. My daughter went into the location to pick up her dress and the same young lady that helped me that morning, helped my daughter. A service is always excellent everything is right on time and completed the way it should be.
Clothes looked good and customer service was excellent at the White Lane Store. I usually go to the Marketplace (closer to my home) but the crew changed and the new crew is not as customer focused. A bit too short and nearly rude...Hope this changes. The old crew there was excellent...

Great dry cleaning and pressing on uniform pants and light jacket. Slip-over polyester shirt returned to me with stains still on shoulder and normal body oil ring around the collar. Hmm... pretty normal that most every shirt we wear will pick up that dirt around the collar, and it would be expected that professional ckeaners woukd know this. Excellent service is unquestionable. However the past two visits waiting in line for pick up the tender happens to be chewing gum while talking to a serving customer making hard for the customer to understand her. Customer service should be paramount.
