There was a problem with the load of dry cleaning my clothes were in, a tube of lipstick was found. Today Cleaners was able to get a lipstick out of clothing and everything looked like new. A major set -back they were able to correct. I will continue to go back.
Store was crowded but staff took care of the customers.
Customer service was definitely a 5—quick, friendly and helpful. Also, very happy with cleaned bedspread which was zipped up in professional bag. Perfect!

There’s customer service and there’s Today Cleaners customer service. A complete accident befell a pair of pants I dropped off. It was something no one could have predicted nor prevented. Not only did Today Cleaners offer the choice of sending it to a tailor for repair (at no cost) or reimbursing me the cost of the pants, they waived the fee for the rest of the items I dropped off that morning. Absolutely amazing!
