Had a pant issue after pick up. I worked with manager Lisa and she was diligent in getting the issue resolved which it was. Very professionally handled.
As always the customer service was great! The clothes are in wonderful condition. I there is something that could not be gotten completely out. Always a note letting me know. Thank you ladies Katheryn
Friendly, helpful staff. Good job on the sleeping bag and Chinese jacket, but a couple of stains remained on the jacket. I was told that the manager herself tried to remove them without success..
