They always do an amazing job at the downtown store and they’re always very nice to me !
Had a pant issue after pick up. I worked with manager Lisa and she was diligent in getting the issue resolved which it was. Very professionally handled.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good job on the sleeping bag and Chinese jacket, but a couple of stains remained on the jacket. I was told that the manager herself tried to remove them without success..
