We are visiting family in Bakersfield and leaving early Monday morning after being here for 12 days. We are going to do some sightseeing on our way home and my husband had spilled red wine on a pair of casual pants. I brought detergent with us so I was able to get most of it out. I dropped off the pants about 9:30 or 10 a.m. and about 2 p.m. I received an email that they were ready to be picked up. Never had a late or damaged item returned to me. If I had to complain, I would say please read internal line messages. I requested my button up shirts be pressed from the second button, and to never button the top. I have had shirts buttoned all the way up and pressed. Other than that, I love today cleaners
