Dropped of my cleaning at 10:30 am and received a text message at 2:45 pm letting me know that my order is ready for pick up. Customer Service associates are Fantastic!

Quality of work was good. Was not pleased that my coupon wasn’t honored as I didn't realize the terms had changed and required That I submit the coupon online before I drop off my clothing. As a long time customer I would think their would be more flexibility
