I like the drive up service but what I DO NOT LIKE OR AGREE on is that you should have either some kind of pay app that the customers could pay through and NOT have your attendant take a CC payment by walking back into your facility where the customer has NO idea what the attendant is doing. It is a security issue and I think your business needs to review the way this is handled. Very friendly services and always nice people to do business with like the way they take care of my clothes I never have had a problem with them and I have been bring my clothes to todays cleaner for years.
