Most pleasant time going Thru drive thru and rapid curb service, gentle and professional attitude and always treat me with kindness and respect.
The Staff are friendly, and explain procedures, and whys of company's cost, and professionalism!
Very satisfied all around as usual. Typical friendly greeting at drop off in the morning. Clothes were ready 2 hours before promised, but the quality of work is never compromised by the quick turnaround. Pickup was a pleasant experience, Melissa was very apologetic regarding the computer being temporarily down. No big deal, ran and got cash, and when I returned, she said no sooner than I drove off, the system came back up. Isn't that always the way life goes!
