Consistency is important to me and I can count on my clothes being great every time. Recently I mentioned I didn't need them to put plastic collar stays on my uniform shirts and then the second or third time I picked up my order I realized they had not been putting them in. I said it one time and that was it; hat's what I call excellent customer service. With all the laundry they process I am. amazed they get it right every time.

Love the girls at Rosedale and Allen. Always a smile and a laugh. About 3 months ago I noticed some wrinkles in collars and just subpar results on my clothes. I was contacted my management the next day. They offered to re-do anything I was not completely happy with for free. ( I wasn’t looking for this & and didn’t have them re-do anything). But since then my clothes have been 5 Star. Thank you for taking care of my family’s dry cleaning!
