Am new to Bakersfield and am in management for a jewelry company so I have a lot of suits. The staff was very informative, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. I dropped off 16 suits, with 4 of them being 3 piece and was able to get them the following day. They turned out perfect.
Employees at both drop off and pick up were excellent. When I questioned high cost ($40) for 7 cotton shirts. it was explained that 4 of the shirts were dry cleaned because they were ladies shirts. All were ladies and same size. She wrote instructions for future drop offs. She handled it very well so you didn't lose a customer. You would have received 5 stars except for cost
The customer service was great! It was my first time in and the lady helped apply a coupon to my service that I otherwise would have not known about.
