Couldnt get my sons graduation robe the same day. I dropped it off at approx 10 -1030 am. I got it the next morning. That stressed me out. Woman seemed unconcerned of me wanting it back asap. She stuck to TOMORROW. I just needed it steamed, no wash. Wow.
I felt that "We are Busy Vibe" Sorta like workers are busy & a lil flustered. I felt like just a person that had a pick up a shirt..Not a real welcoming type of vibe. Your customer service could use improvement.they are very abrupt with you as if you are bothering them or they have better things to do. My clothes didn't come out as good as when I took them to the Stockdale store so I will just go back to them.
I’ve never once asked for my clothes to be creased, in fact there’s a note on my account stating I want my them ironed flat.i brought in 4 pairs or pants and 8 shirts 6 sweaters all were creased.
Compared to other cleaners in the area AND in Los Angeles, the prices were WAY too high. $8.99 for pants and $3.99 for shirts. Won't be back.
Today cleaners doesn't work hard at doing a great job, it comes so naturally to them that it appears effortless. I drop my bag off, they clean/press extremely well, text me when they are ready before I expect them to be ready, I pick up, and away I go. No fuss, no mess, just great service.
I took 2 blankets to you guys and I got one back with the fur melted so I basically paid you guys to destroy my blanket not happy at all
I thought it was kinda pricey for one pair of pants
My sweater came back with same food on front. You could have scraped that off with your fingernail. I had to leave for my sisters funeral and had to pick it off?????
