Right now I'm waiting for another coupon with discounts available for comforters. Your last one was handled by the Fairfax/Auburn location without any difficulties, and the manager checked one of the items and added extra drying time, as I had requested. Great customer service this time.

I hadn't gone to dry cleaners for a number of years. Today still had my contact info from the bag w/my tag that still hung in my closet. I took in a vest to be cleaned that I found on the floor crumbled behind other clothes. I remembered the "In by 11am Ready by 4pm" and brought it to Today cleaners. It was ready before 4pm AND was less expensive that estimated-----very reasonable!!! I'm BACK!
