Erica helped was with her friendly spirit & good customer service skills. I was having some blankets “dry cleaned” but didn’t realize the blanket had a tag saying not to dry clean. The owners of today's cleaners need to hold a class for other small businesses to learn how to do customer service right !!! All the people at today's cleaners are so focused on customer service it is a pleasure to go to get my dry cleaning done.
