I take my clothes In every other week. Most of the time my stuff comes back looking good. The last two times I have taken my uniform shirts in they are pressed with multiple bad creases.

All in all they do a good job. Sometimes the ironed shirts have to be re-ironed at home.

Looks like everything is great. I have not pulled the kilt out and hopefully the pleats are nice and crisp as the should be. The price was right and the time was excellent.
