I came in about 3:00pm after a funeral with my boys pants and shirts that needed to be pressed for another funeral the following day. The girl up front told me their clothes wouldn’t be done until the following day at 10AM. My father-in-law funeral was at 11AM, so that wouldn’t work. I asked repeatedly if they could make an exception, I even offered to pay extra. Great dry cleaning and pressing on uniform pants and light jacket. Slip-over polyester shirt returned to me with stains still on shoulder and normal body oil ring around the collar. Hmm... pretty normal that most every shirt we wear will pick up that dirt around the collar, and it would be expected that professional ckeaners woukd know this. There are many reasons to love TC!! The staff is always friendly and courteous, they're turn around time is off the hook!! And, there are many locations around Bakerfield which is very convenient for its many customers. I highly recommend TC.
