Item was cleaned well and in a timely manner.
The clothes where done perfectly. The workers were very polite and fast. I also like that I receive a text when my clothes are ready.

If anything, I'd have to say the only problem was that there was still a little little lint left on the jacket. Which was some of the reason I took it in lol. The customer service & turn around for p/u were excellent though...Definitely I will be back.
I took in my items almost at closing time the day prior to my event and they had my dresses ready by early afternoon the day of my event.
