My black sweater has crumbs/stuff all over it and the cuff is dirty It looks WORSE than when i brought it in. I have a picture if you would like to see it. I brought a duvet cover in and SPECIFICALLY asked that it be folded only one time to ensure as smooth a finish as possible on our king bed. Well, the starch was nice, but because it was folded multiple times, it was so wrinkled, i had to run an iron over it. Again, it looked worse than when i brought it in. This group where I have been going for the last 3 years are excellent. Very friendly, personal and truly seem genuine. I have never experienced anything negative. To me above and beyond Great service!!!
