Had a pant issue after pick up. I worked with manager Lisa and she was diligent in getting the issue resolved which it was. Very professionally handled.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good job on the sleeping bag and Chinese jacket, but a couple of stains remained on the jacket. I was told that the manager herself tried to remove them without success..

There’s customer service and there’s Today Cleaners customer service. A complete accident befell a pair of pants I dropped off. It was something no one could have predicted nor prevented. Not only did Today Cleaners offer the choice of sending it to a tailor for repair (at no cost) or reimbursing me the cost of the pants, they waived the fee for the rest of the items I dropped off that morning. Absolutely amazing!
