It’s always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and professional.
Pickup could be faster if there was a way to group all 3-5 of my packages together on the carousel so the girls don’t have to take so long hunting for them. There must be a way to do this because Kleenex used to be able to do it

Had a pant issue after pick up. I worked with manager Lisa and she was diligent in getting the issue resolved which it was. Very professionally handled.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good job on the sleeping bag and Chinese jacket, but a couple of stains remained on the jacket. I was told that the manager herself tried to remove them without success..
