Would like to thank Claudia for following up for me and remembering what’s going on with my situation. Although the cleaning was delayed, the outcome and the customer service were satisfying.
My clothes are always cleaned and look like new .
For years I have been coming to Tiffany Cleaners and to this day I have not been disappointed! They always take their clothes carefully and return them back in the same condition I gave to them, only cleaner. They are always on top of their schedule and nothing has ever been delayed or not ready at the time of pickup.

Although there was a huge disconnect between reception staff’s quote of a 3 week turnaround time and the actual 11 weeks it took for completion, the end product of wedding gown cleaning/preservation was excellent. And the owner made it right by discounting final cost. Tiffany is still the best in town for quality gown care.

Tiffany Cleaners is AWESOME! This is the 2nd time I’ve used you because of stain removal, otherwise, I don’t wear dry cleaner type clothing. You did your best to remove gel pen from a brand new pair of work scrubs and they are wearable. Stain is barely noticeable -maybe 85% faded- and I’m happy! Price was less than I anticipated so it was a win-win all the way around. My last experience was having salad dressing removed from a suede jacket and that was 100% gone!
