A bit of a long time for the work and a missed phone call, but overall was a good experience.
First, you actually didn't use starch, as requested. But most importantly, my clothes came back perfectly. In twenty years of sending my shirts out to be cleaned and pressed, I've never had them come back looking as good at they did when Tiffany did it. Thank you very much.
