Great customer service. I always take my king size comforters to Tide Dry Cleaners. They do a great job on all my dry cleaning and the prices are reasonable.
I love driving up being greeted with a smile. I enjoy the service of going over my bill and picking up the items I need currently. I am unemployed and the ability to work with me upon picking up my dry cleaning is highly and gratefully appreciated. Thank you Tide Chuck and Jana You Guys Rock!!

The cleaning looks good, haven’t put on bed yet. The only issue I have is the price, almost cheaper to buy a new comforter, esp if I have it cleaned 2-3x per yr it’s the cost of a new comforter! I can see $25-$28 but $35 & it took like 5 days to clean, it wasn’t even “dirty” just really needed a refresh as it won’t fit in our washer.
I used the drive up service that I especially appreciate and the employees are always pleasant and professional. Sometimes my clothes are a not positioned correctly on the hangar which causes wrinkles but they were fine this time.
