Very good service. My comforter looks real nice . Smells wonderful and clean.
I came from Delia’s because they merged with Tide and I was very impressed with the level of service that I received. My items were very clean and the staff member carried my items out for me and put them in my car (I had two large comforters plus clothes.) Tide cleaners will be my dry cleaning service from now on. It is rare nowadays that you find impeccable service like they provide , it was very refreshing!
I love Tide Dry Cleaners. I love being able to drop off and pick up 24/7. On this occasion, however, I was less than impressed. I dropped four dress shirts off on Friday evening and after not receiving any notice they were ready, I went to the store late the following Monday night. The shirts were ready and the pick up process was fine, but I was annoyed I didn’t get an email or text letting me know they were ready. Employees are friendly and helpful. Easy process. As with all dry cleaning it it expensive so only use when needed. Coupon given was useless- for a polo shirt?!
