Normally, everything is good, this time...a collar button was missing on one shirt, and the collar on a tuxedo shirt was not laying flat. Randall Peters
Your employees are always helpful and friendly. The only problem I have from time to time, is the pressing of ladies pants, I require a center crease, and have several times had them pressed flat, but they are always re-pressed at no additional cost.
I like the people at this dry cleaner. Very pleasant, prompt, courteous and friendly.
Friendly staff, but I specifically asked to have a button on one pair of slacks replaced and it wasn’t done. A bit disappointed that a service that is advertised right at the counter isn’t done even when requested.
I am always satisfied with the customer service that I receive with this business. The staff is always personable and accommodating to make sure that I'm pleased with their work. As in the past, the female staff person had a beautiful smile and demeanor each time as she exited the drive-thru doors and throughout our transaction of dropping off and picking up my clothing item. I would definitely recommend this business to my family, friends, church members, and co-workers.
