I would say that overall the service is really good. It is a lot better than trying to use the dorm washers and dryers. If there was one problem however it would have to be that during Marching season because the band also uses the cleaning service, I would occasionally get a fee for the cleaning of whatever part of the uniform that would get sent in. This in spite of the fact that these fees should have already been paid for by the band program itself.

Lose all my clothes. I’ve had to buy new underwear and socks almost every time I get my laundry back. Might take my business elsewhere.
