I had a good experience with Flair Cleaners, they completed the service in just one day. Friendly staff and the store looks so clean.
The customer service experience went great! The ease of pickup/drop-off was fantastic. One of my shirts came back shrunk, though, so I can no longer wear it :( . If there's any way to fix that, it would be appreciated, as it was a pretty expensive button-down shirt.
Service is great! The only reason you haven’t seen me is that I moved to London in early January.
Overall the shirt and slacks were cleaned and pressed properly, but my shirt had a few snags in them (probably from the ironing - it was a new shirt and they weren't there before). Not a big deal, but I would hope that such occurrences are the exception rather than the rule. I have a picture of the snags, if needed.
Amazing tailoring and finished before anticipated.
