I like the pickup and delivery service. I did not get the pricing before starting the service. I felt it was a bit expensive.

Our concierge, Jeffrey is professional, considerate and helpful, he texts me if he think we might be gone. Our clothes are well cleaned and pressed. So happy we went with Tide and it’s even better because you pick up and deliver our clothes straight to our door!
