Very professional experience, with clear communication. The service has a dedicated concierge with a set schedule and options for other service scheduling.
Jeff, our concierge, is just the best!! He always answers his phone and is available to answer any of our questions. He deserves a good bonus when your next raise or bonus period arrives!
First time customer! The concierge services is a major plus and I got lucky on the coupon for any size comforter. I was completely satisfied with the entire service experience. I’ll definitely keep this cleaners in mind for future needs.
