Not sure if they always use the same detergent on my clothes- some are stiff and some are itchy. We need the fee and clear type. Also some of the cleaning products are too harsh on the dyes and come back “whitewashed” and look like they’re old when they’re brand new but washed at the Tide service. This wouldn’t have happened to the clothing if I had washed it myself at home. The product wasn’t cheap clothing or cheap brands either, so I actually lost money because the clothing is too washed out to look normal to wear now. ... read more

I get a text 2 times a week for pickup, which is awesome, even though we don’t use the service often. They picked up our items last week and returned them clean and in wonderful condition. They even texted us to remind us that we needed to update our credit card. We really appreciate the great service!
