I had to send back a pant suit a second time, but MWC got the stain out completely. Content again.
I have truly enjoyed the service I receive from MW Cleaners. Of particular importance to me is how receptive they have been to concerns raised. My attendant always gets back with me when I leave messages. The store managers are also responsive. My only wish is that they would take the extra steps to clean an item, as opposed sending it back to me and having to resend it. Often times, I do not notice the tag until much later. Susan, the great associate at 2920 and Kuykendahl, always wears a smile and is quick to process my cleaning. At my last cleaners, I always had to inspect my shirts when I picked them up, because I would always find something wrong with my cleaning and have them re-press. Not at MW. MW Cleaners is definitely worth the price!

I dropped off my son's suit and white dress shirt for Prom at MW Cleaners off the 242 in The Woodlands and it was done by the next day. It was clean, unwrinkled and looked good on him on Prom night!
We have the best valet that always picks-up and drops-off our dry cleaning on time. And the clothes come back clean, fresh, buttons fixed and wine stains gone. We love MW Cleaners.

You still have a tendency to put false creases into lab coat lapels but the offers of discounted shirt prices partly make up for this........
