Cleaning was delivered ahead of expected day. People very friendly.
While 3 items were submitted, only 2 arrived today. The missing sweater was to be sewn and cleaned but wasn't in today's delivery. However, the staff is always friendly and courteous.

I am very satisfied with the service in receiving. The drop off and delivery service work like clockwork. Have had no issues with that part of the operation. The only thing that is like to see improved is stain removal from me garments. I realize you're hesitant to use potentially damaging chemicals on my clothes, but there are stains on my shirts that it seems you could get out without much trouble.
Jake Young is very considerate and conscientious with our special needs for cleaning.
