We were going to be gone over the Thanksgiving holiday, therefore I put a request on the cleaners bag to please HOLD delivery of our der until Monday, Nov. 30th. I did not see that our order had been returned on Nov 30th, I called and left a voice message. The gentleman over the drivers informed me that our route driver had quit on the Friday before. Pickup/Delivery and cleaning are excellent. Application of the discount coupons is less than adequate. We have had to call on 6 occasions (different weeks) because the coupons were not applied. Our Profile indicates that coupons should be checked for.
