Everything was perfect
NyTalia was a delight. Very welcoming and efficient. Even though I had told the gentleman who handled my drop off that I knew there were stains that wouldn’t come out, there was a note on the coat that they had tried. The coat is sentimental to me, stains and all, and I trusted it to Tide. Glad I did.

it was a little expensive even with a 50% off coupon. however the staff was great & informative. If i get more coupons i will definitely return.
