I really appreciate the discount coupons and the process tide has put into place to help ensure it’s clients are getting reasonable pricing given my family’s use. I also appreciate button replacement.
I have been using Dearing/tide cleaners for number of years. I have never had to bring anything back and I’m always happy with the cleaning. In addition the the counter person usually remembers me and they are always helpful and friendly.
Was in a little bit of a bind this time, but my shirts came back on time and perfectly pressed and cleaned. Great customer service too with Siearra as she was very helpful.

Pressed well and done well of course, just expensive! I used to work for a dry cleaners up north that would do everything for at least half the price they have up here. Was hoping everything wasn’t as expensive when I moved to Indy, but was disappointed. Other than that, 4/5 for cleaning my clothes well!
