This was my first experience using Tide Dry Cleaners. When I drove up, Savanna met me at my car and welcomed me to the store. I went inside with her and she took down all my contact information and gave me my pick-up ticket. When I received a message on my phone my dry-cleaning was ready, I drove over and Savanna again met me and was very professional in checking me out at the computer. great customer service, explained every detail explained.
The pricing could have been more transparent. I was offered and accepted a receipt, but when I got down the road and looked at it, I was disappointed to see that it was not itemized. I'm not sure I'll return because it's not the closest cleaners to me.
This was my first visit. I am not used to the drive thru and find it a bit disconcerting. I had brought one shirt and requested it be boxed. It was on a hanger but the gal who helped me immediately handled that.
