Thank you for a stress-free experience. It was great being able to schedule pick-up and delivery via the website. I also appreciate your providing a reusable bag for dirty clothes the previous time we used your service. The day of scheduled pick up I simply hung the bag on our door and later in the day it was gone. Two days later, our freshly cleaned clothes were returned to the same hanger/door along with the bag for the next round of clothing that needs to be cleaned!
