I didn't like your $22 charge for two pillow shams.
We moved thus our dry cleaning and laundry was moved to this facility for processing. We had some requests for starching and pressing on our account, however they were not followed, We let this go for several weeks, but spoke with a very personable representative Ericka, and she updated the account so that staff might understand better. We were a little surprised that she did not offer to redo the order, which would have been done at our previous facility on Louetta and Grant.
On time and serviced as requested. Exactly as requested from.a class operation.

Actually it was a bit nice but weird It was my first time to go to Tide cleaners to have my Jacket cleaned. I was there by Friday around 5:30 pm and left the jacket, then I remembered that I need them to make sure to have it cleaned insides out specially at the armpit area, I called the phone number on the receipt but no one answered, so I had to turn back to them for this specific detail (at the armpit from inside the jacket) and I told one of the girls the same and she told me not to worry as they will take care of it an... read more

The service personally was great....but i asked for starch..like super starch,she wrote it on the ticket but the pants were not starches at all..nor the shirts...
