Intake was a bit awkward. Service agent seemed bothered that I was there.

Audrey was amazing, my back was up against the wall because I had a Gala to attend and my pants needed to be hemmed. But she got it taken care of and I was not even thinking about having the suit pressed but she was. I will be using this cleaner a lot because the service is outstanding and the price is great also.
