I have had a wonderful experience with MWC. My route person Beverly is always helpful and fun to deal with. The free shirt promotion is working well and I will continue to use your services. I am still getting occasional shirts with missing buttons, please have everyone double their effort looking for missing buttons on shirt fronts and sleeves.
We have always gotten great service. Only issue we have ever had is getting collar keepers on my shirts. Lou puts a note on the order every time, but the laundry folks don't always follow up.
Your Champion Forest at Cypresswood store is awesome. All the people are really nice and are very helpful. The plant this store uses is excellent. They are MUCH better with laundry than what I have experienced at the Eldridge store. The people in the Eldridge store are similarly awesome, but the plant continually returned my white laundered shirts with "ring around the collar" and the collars were not as precisely pressed.
