Good experience with Tide. My credit card on file had been used in fraud so when delivery was to occur, it wouldn’t process. A person called, got updated info and had clothes within a few hours.

My route person (is it Chris?) was very obliging when I called about our bag not being picked up. He had come by very early that morning and usually his pick-up is later, so we didn’t realize we had missed it. He came the following morning (a Saturday), which was very kind of him.
