The ladies were smiling and friendly and Welcoming. They always call me by my name and I appreciate how nice they are. It’s a happy experience!
Good experience with Tide. My credit card on file had been used in fraud so when delivery was to occur, it wouldn’t process. A person called, got updated info and had clothes within a few hours.

Great work...... but, expensive
My family and I have been customers from the time this was Craig’s Cleaners and the service has been unwavering!!! The customer service is impeccable!!!
Shirts were returned in excellent condition. Ironing was of good quality, and overall good attention to detail. Convenience is fantastic - will definitely use service again.
My route person (is it Chris?) was very obliging when I called about our bag not being picked up. He had come by very early that morning and usually his pick-up is later, so we didn’t realize we had missed it. He came the following morning (a Saturday), which was very kind of him.
