Kristy, the asst. Manager was extremely helpful and informative. I am new to Tide Dry Cleaners and I really didn’t know what to expect. She thoroughly explained the service and was very patient with my questions. The delivery driver, Manuel was awesome as well. He contacted me prior to delivery. Dropped off and provided information and flexibility for future pickups and drop offs. I will certainly continue to use Tide due to the excellent customer service.
