We put out clothes infrequently and our bag was missed on the last pickup. I called, left a phone message, and received instructions within an hour for next day pick up and delivery after Thanksgiving. Both pickup and delivery worked as described and we’re happy with the results.

The sales associates are very nice but the prices are very high. For standard items to be dry cleaned. I would have to say for me to return I would need to catch a special or deal but that’s my personal opinion and I’m sure you have many folks who are ok with the prices
Nice job , nice people . Extremely expensive for the simple short pieces I sent. I can’t afford it.
