1st time very pleasant staff They need soft mats to stand on
Was told weeks ago Comforters would be $19.00. Was instructed to get my coupon online upon picking up. Attempted several times to locate a coupon which wasn’t available. Phoned headquarters shared my concern and was told the special had ended but was transferred to a manager. Manager returned my call she left me a message stating I would get the discount and it would be noted on receipt. Awesome customer service. Love the Houston location on Buffalo Speedway, great customer service.
