First time trying. Loved how quick my item was ready without having to rush it. However, shocked how expensive it was.
Please have him bring a new recycle box for the hangers when he gets a chance......thanks. This service saves me a mountain of time we love it
The fit was great, however, my main issue is that the specialist may need to just listen to the client rather than question there decision. There's a difference between offering advice and flat out blurting out the first thing that comes to mind. It made me second guess myself even though I knew what I wanted.

The price was a bit pricy
I dropped off 3 pieces after 5:00 and there was no problem picking them up the next day after 5 Thank you
Superb service and clothes come out looking like new
Loved my first time service! Super fast and everything super clean! I would have appreciated a first time client special of some sort, at least that's what we do with our clients, and it's magical.
