I really appreciate the friendly staff and corporate mantra of getting things right. However, I feel there could be more transparency in pricing. I dropped off a down comforter, toddler sweatshirt in need of a new zipper (which I supplied) and six shirts for dry cleaning. The staff member wouldn’t honor my expired 50% off coupon but said she would apply a 40% for which I was grateful. However, the bill still came to almost $90... Seems steep!
Too expensive. Can't afford to come regularly.
