Always deliver and pick up as they promise!! My personal interactions have been professional and helpful. Special shout out to Matt!! ( unfortunately don’t know his last name!)
Someone is always available to answer my question. Discounts are important to be. High quality product. You are great!
Timely and very convenient service in the Shaker Hts area. Pressing is not always ideal but overall service great.
Always satisfied with your work
Reliable and pleasant to work with. Have local feel and provide personalized attention. They stand by their quality. Orange bags are visually intense but I’ve gotten past that!
Great pick up and delivery. And the staff who launderers and folds my garments does a spectacular job 👏👏👏
Great job very reliable
Delivery is excellent - punctual and professional. Staff available and responsive. Basic cleaning acceptable. A big improvement over my previous big name cleaners, who told me I was 'the only one of their 3000 customers who had ever complained. '
Great service and wonderful staff!!
