Pick up and delivery was as promised. The clothing was nicely taken care of. We do not use the service as often these days because we retired, but we are very satisfied with the service, especially the convenience. The weekly check ins are great reminders! Thank you!
Most of the time you do a good job however if there is a spot it is never noticed unless I write a note. One time they cleaned right over the scotch tape!! Another issue I never get the discounts that are offered as a Driver pickup customer
