I was reminded MANY times by email to pick up my items that I dropped off to be cleaned. Finally I picked it up. Prior to the pick up, I called and they informed me they still have my items after so many months and we’re very pleasant over the phone. When I picked up my items, both ladies were very nice and had excellent customer service! I have been taking my bedding there for a while and each time, they come back VERY CLEAN! Was skeptical about getting my pure cashmere coat dry cleaned there because it was dingy and needed a good "wash". I was pleasantly surprised since this was also a reversable coat, dark camel on oneside and tan on the other, Well the coat came back pristine, like new on both the inside and out! Thank you for quality work.
