All clothes came shorter, changed color form white to gray, folded so badly, and smelling as if they were not washed.
Took a 100% wool to the dry cleaners to get rid of wrinkles. The jacket was still wrinkled and was disappointed that there was no attention to detail. Not only was there no attention to detail but also missed very obvious and large wrinkles down the sleeve.
You didn’t return clothing items. We called the store and they didn’t answer and then later when they finally did. They said they didn’t have our items. So my wife drove over to the store and they were there!? The manager said she didn’t know why the person on the phone couldn’t find them.
Went by Wednesday 12/20/23 to pick up shirts I needed for weekend. Only time I had to go by and there was a sign on the door…”be back in 20 minutes”. Spent as much time as I could shopping next door at HEB….sat in the car a while….30 mins later…no change. Will not visit this cleaner again..
I brought my 2 piece suite on Wednesday, I received a text that it was ready for pick up on Thursday. Since I was already home I went to pick up on Friday. Got there and the blazer was not there instead wrong top was included. I was told the button came out and they were trying to fix it, I should pick up the following day. Could not get a food stain out of my shirt after 2 tries. I took it home and treated/washed and it was clean. Brought it back to have it pressed. Probably charged me several times for not getting the job done.
The 5 blouses were suppose to be medium starch and were light at the most...also they were not oressed nicely at al. I picjed them up yesterday and took the bags off this morning and was so dissatisfied. I'm heading back now to h e them redone.
My wife’s favorite Vineyard Vines pullover sweater has not been located. When I received my 5 items (February 10, 2023) the sweater was missing however in its place was a Tide clothes bag with a tag. We do not use a bag so this was clearly a mistake. As this is a very sweater my wife is distressed that it may be lost and VV no longer makes this specific sweater. Horrible, horrible and horrific! 1) lady would not accept my 20% off coupon. While presenting during drop-off, was told to bring back coupon during pickup. Lady went as far to show me on computer screen that it would not "allow" her to take after the fact. Honestly, what do I care about your retail management/point of sale system? 2) during drop off asked for extra clean collar and cuffs, medium starch. What did I get?
