I was told that.my dry cleaning would be ready after 3:00 pm. I went in at 4:00 pm. It was not ready. I went back the next day and asked if I could get a discount because I had to come back. The lady kindly told me that normally The deadline would be 5:00 for pickup. She gave me a discount anyway and I thanked her for her kindness. I was very pleased with the way I was treated.
