I brought my clothes but I forgot to pick them on time and even went to Africa on vacation, it took more than 3 months, I like how patient u were with me, u were supposed to donate them but u keep contacting my with emails till I came back. It was a great experience with u and I would recommend your office to anyone that I know. Keep it up, job well done.

5min before closing customer service was STILL AT ITS BEST. I had a glitche in the 24/7 pick up which prevented me from getting my dry cleaning on time. But the management team contacted me and corrected the problem w/ a credit and kind words of apology. I appreciate the ABOVE AND BEYOND satisfaction!

I dropped off 5 shirts to b I highly recommend Tide Cleaners! I dropped off 5 shirts to be cleaned and pressed. I was greeted at the door-I decided to carry my laundry in rather than do the drive up service- and received 50% off for my first visit! I was told that I'd get a text when my order was ready. I received that text the very next day! I replied to arrange a speedy check out. When I arrived, my order was at the door and I checked out in no time flat! Thank You!
