My family use to own a dry cleaner. It is rare to find a dry cleaner that does the cleaning and pressing on site. I was very impressed by the fact the cleaning and pressing was done on sight and the technology that Tide cleaner employs. I love getting an email to let me know when my cleaning is done and ready for pick up. I love that 24 hour pick up drop off kiosk. Always great, all staff are very polite.
I have a little issue with one of the female staff there that she simply didn’t want to listen to what I try to tell her about the product that is dry clean or regular wash.
Great service and amazing job. I had pretty big stain on my blazer and it was completely gone.
Greeted promptly when dropping off and picking up. Personnel always so kind. When that did commit an error- once over a year of service, it was corrected promptly and with no charge
Quick and easy. Loved the process and I can’t complain!
